Sylvia's Oct 28, 2009 first written communication with Judge, with a hand-written "Annual Report" saying that she took all the money from the annuities and bank accounts because she was put under a spell by a psychic named Gina. It says nothing is left, all the bank accounts are empty, and she sent all the money via Western Union in under $10,000 wires to "Gina's family". Sylvia said she has not heard from Gina and "thinks she was duped".

K-1's

No Trust K-1's received by Alan Hamilton from Danny Davila or Sylvia Hamilton or Wayne Gronquist

Danny Davila is a licensed CPA. Wayne Gronquist and Brad Seals are Estate/Probate Lawyers. They all acted like they didn't know what a K-1 was. They are required by the IRS for the Hamilton Trust, which is referenced on the 1099s, and they mention no trust in any the taxes they filed with the IRS and then subsequently asked Alan to sign, which he refused and told the attorney they were fraudulent. Alan was then mocked by the lawyer and the CPA, saying he didn't understand taxes and that he should just sign them. and amend them later if he disagreed with how Danny Davila had prepared the 2004, 2005 and 2006 Hamilton Estate taxes. Danny Davila, Wayne Gronquist, and Sylvia Hamilton all ignored Alan's repeated requests for copies of all the taxes, and wanted him to sign them without looking at them.

Without Without K-1's, and therefore no Trust distribution because it was all stolen, Alan Hamilton has lived near poverty level since his father passed away and the embezzlement began. After being told by Sylvia in 2005 that Danny Davila was the new family CPA, Alan called Danny Davila and asked about the taxes and annual reports and K-1s and Danny Davila said he had not spoken to Sylvia and Maurine for a couple of years.

Up until Danny Davila, all the family taxes were done by Dorothy Milek, who also did the Family Wills and Trusts. After Sylvia switched to Danny Davila, Alan Hamilton has not been able to get any information nor have his taxes done with his family, which was the norm and was part of the plan in the Trust preparation and management. (see Alan Hamilton's 2000, 2001, 2002 taxes done by the family accountant Dorothy Milek. Sylvia and Danny Davila took over in 2003 for the apparent express reason of bilking the estate. Alan went to the Adult Protective Services in May 2006 and to Wayne Gronquist in June 2006 seeking help for his mother who was being held prisioner by Sylvia, not allowed to go to a nursing home as she had requested and had Longterm Care Insurance to do so, and no home health aides were being allowed into Sylvia's to see Maurine, and Sylvia was limited Alan's access as well. Danny Davila did nothing, APS did nothing. Wayne Gronquist told Alan he would deal with Sylvia personally and told Alan not to inform the Probate Court or the IRS. Maurine Hamilton Hamilton ended up dead at Sylvia Hamilton's house in October 2006. Alan has continued to be advised by all the "licensed professionals" to not inform the police, the Probate Court or the IRS about what has happened. We have conducted our own investigation and have collected the evidence on this website and much more that there hasn't been time to scan in yet.

Alan Hamilton is requesting a full audit be done of the Hamilton Estate by the IRS. Alan has been requesting the information and paying "licensed professionals" to acquire this information, $16000, and has still not received the requested annual reports and bank records necessary to do non-fraudulent taxes. Alan was told everything was gone, but the taxes filed by Danny Davila and Sylvia Hamilton in Sept 2004 says everything is still there, and then bills the Hamilton Estate for the taxes on the money that they stole. And then sends a bill for covering the embezzlement up, including the lawyer Wayne Gronquist, who was hired to go after the crooked accountant, who was hired by the crooked sister.
